The DLY-3421 functions as a standalone device, offering a single-channel SDI and multi-channel digital audio delay line. It has the capability to independently introduce desired delays to active video, embedded audio, and 4-channel AES inputs. This product, the DLY-3421, serves a crucial role in adjusting delays within the signal chain and in controlling content to prevent the use of profanity. It handles frame synchronization in relation to a reference input or a free-run clock, and it provides 3 identical SDI outputs. Moreover, it includes bypass relay protection for both SDI and AES outputs, enhancing reliability within the chain. For configuration and monitoring purposes, users have the option to utilize both the front panel controls and the web-based interface.
