With the progress of the industry and the expansion of industrial centers and offices and factories, new needs emerged in order to create better coordination and management in these spaces, including the need to broadcast messages, information or to announce emergency situations at the public level. Therefore, the need for an internal communication system in industrial environments formed the basis for the design of paging and intercom systems. Today, with the advancement of technology, these devices have many capabilities to facilitate communication with the best quality.

By using this system, it is possible to broadcast a message from the system operator or any of the intercoms connected to the system on all or a defined number of speakers. Also, if necessary, device operator has the possibility to communicate with each of the intercoms, and vice versa, each of the intercoms also has the possibility of establishing communication with the operator or any of the other intercoms connected to the system.
